To assist us in investigating your complaint, please provide:
• your name and contact details;
• a description of your complaint;
• any supporting documentation; and
• the outcome you are seeking.
Our Complaints Process
Once we receive your complaint, we will:
• acknowledge receipt as soon as practicable;
• investigate the matter objectively and fairly;
• keep you informed of the progress of our investigation where appropriate; and
• provide you with a written response outlining our decision and any proposed resolution.
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and, where applicable under ASIC Regulatory Guide 271, will provide our final response within the timeframes required by law.
External Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within the applicable regulatory timeframe, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA (https://www.afca.org.au) provides free and independent dispute resolution for eligible complainants.

Whether AFCA can consider your complaint will depend on its Rules and your eligibility.

We maintain an Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASIC Regulatory Guide 271.
